Request account deletion

You can request deletion of your account and associated personal data from the app. We require confirmation and identity verification to prevent unauthorized deletion.

1. 1. Sign inUse the account you want deleted.
2. 2. Open account deletionIn Settings, choose Privacy and account, then Delete account.
3. 3. Confirm the requestType DELETE and submit. The account remains active while the request is verified.

What is deleted

After verification, we delete or anonymize account profile data, access records, push tokens, and personal data linked to the account. Device telemetry or business records may be retained only where required for security, legal, contractual, or tenant-administration obligations.
